Terms of Service

1. What VXN is

VXN Capital ("VXN", "we") offers AI-assisted market-structure analysis, educational trading signals (entry, stop, target levels), scanners and related tools, delivered via the web app and Telegram. The service is informational and educational only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on VXN is personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing and risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading carries a substantial risk of loss.

3. No custody, no auto-trading

VXN never takes custody of your funds, never asks for private keys or seed phrases, and never executes trades on your behalf. You keep full control of your wallet and accounts at all times.

4. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be of legal age and permitted to use such services in your jurisdiction. You agree not to resell, redistribute or scrape the signals or data, abuse the service, or use it where prohibited by law.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Elite) unlock additional features as described at checkout. Access is granted after on-chain payment verification. Plans renew per their stated billing period; you may cancel future renewals at any time.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or that any signal will be profitable. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the current version.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VXN is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account and contact data you provide (e.g. email address, wallet address, Telegram ID), subscription and payment-verification records (transaction hash, amount, chain), and basic usage/technical data needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the service, verify payments, deliver signals and alerts you request, send you product and educational updates (you can unsubscribe at any time), and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers that help operate the service (e.g. hosting, database, email delivery) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

5. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting us. We retain records as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

Refund Policy

1. Digital service

VXN is a digital subscription unlocked immediately on payment verification. Because access is delivered instantly, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the period has begun.

2. Crypto payments

USDT payments on-chain are irreversible. Please double-check the plan, amount, network (BSC BEP20 or TRON TRC20) and receiving address before sending. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or network.

3. When we will help

If you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment, verified payment that failed to unlock access), contact us and we will investigate and make it right — typically by extending access or, at our discretion, refunding the overpayment.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
